Shipping & Deliveries
At One Day Hardware, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Courier Partner
We use The Courier Guy for deliveries throughout South Africa.
Processing Time
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- 2–5 business days to most major centres.
- Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
One Day Hardware cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Note the damage when signing for delivery, where possible.
- Take photographs before opening the parcel.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Stock Availability
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. Should this occur, One Day Hardware will contact you to discuss an alternative product, a backorder, or a refund where applicable.
